Benefits are ok. Be open to doing as they say - BA work as a developer, to debugging code you did not write but will be up at 3 am debugging.
Cons
PTO not great.
If they lose money/clients you're fired without so much as a thank you.
I work at a client site in chicago, and it feels very "third party employer"ish.
No Growth. They are in this to make money, so they hire you pretty easily, easy interviews - but expect you to work on things hardly related to your interests, overtime, and with a pay that falls on the 10th percentile for the industry.
