      Pros

      CAI is such a great place to work! They prioritize diversity, trust, integrity, and employee engagement. Leaders want you to be successful and help you develop professionally. I’ve been here less than a year and have already had the opportunity for advancement. The managers offer support/guidance and truly care about your well-being.

      Pros

      CAI leads with diversity including neurodiversity which levels the playing field for individual that are neurodivergent, allowing them an opportunity as the neurotypical peers, this is a differentiator and the company embraces it.

      Cons

      Communication is not always the best but that's not unusual for a large company.

      As part of the journey to being a multi-billion company, the leadership decision-making process and org structure continue to evolve and improve over time. You can expect regular adjustments to policies and procedures as the company transitions from being good to being great.
