This company is very entrepreneurial allowing you to show your skills and abilities without limitation. The benefits are good and the hours are flexible enough.

Cons

They tend to overload people with work causing you to work long hours. The pay is decent but not great.

Pros

The company treats their employees well in terms of making each employee feel valued. Each project is different but I had a good project and project manager. Lots of incentives for employees to keep morale open like monthly open bar happy hours, and free bagel Friday’s.

Cons

Benefits! - No yearly salary increase. Only increases every few years - Poor to average pay at best - No 401(k) marching at all - Only 10 days vacation for the 1st five years of employment
