      Very chilling, sometime you answer a lot of calls at night, sometimes no calls for hours

      Cons

      No growth opportunity, set salary that won't go up at all no matter how hard you work. Easy place to hide and avoid work. I worked 3rd shift so its overnight everyday and messed up my schedule
