Pros

Remote positions available making it “flexible”

Cons

This company is a slave workshop. Doesn’t support its employees at all. Doesn’t help develop employees. They blame their technical errors on the employees and constantly harass you. There is no team work. Management is pretty much absent and only appears to reprimand you even though they don’t teach you things. There is 0 hope of getting a different position. They lie to you about language bonus, saying you will get laid .75 per language and then they roll back on it and you only get paid .75 for all of the 4 different languages you are servicing. The benefits are horrible and non existent. No sick days, no paid vacations. Insurance is very expensive. Worst of all pay is very bad for the amount of work and responsibility they give. You can find a job paying you twice the amount doing the same thing. They are also very inflexible with changing your work schedule. They also end your insurance benefits on your same last day even though they charged you for the full month.

Pros

Some intelligent and well-meaning colleagues trying to do good work despite the environment. A few client-facing projects may offer valuable experience if you’re early in your career.

Cons

- Project managers are overloaded and often blamed for systemic issues beyond their control. - There’s little support, minimal onboarding, and a lack of structure despite what’s advertised. - The culture is toxic — driven by internal politics, not performance. - A key leadership figure, related to the CEO, holds major influence despite very limited experience. - I saw people lose their jobs simply for disagreeing or offering a different perspective, even professionally. - Leadership tends to remove those who challenge the status quo rather than address underlying issues. - Decision-making is reactive and based on perception, not strategy. - Growth, transparency, and psychological safety are sorely lacking.
