Pros
A very employee oriented approach, policies are pro-employee. Shift timings are very convenient. Management approach is great. A peaceful work environment. They are not too ambitious and do not over commit. They know what they want and where they want to head.
Cons
Being a start up in India the pace of growth is medium but not to worry as it is very steady too.
