      Pros

      The flexibility provided by CAI is top notch. As long as you get your work done, no one cares about your hours being exactly 8 hours a day or on a 9-5 schedule. Not sure you can get better flexibility anywhere else.

      Cons

      Terrible communication. Poor management/leadership. They can’t figure out what type of company they want to be. Loads of nepotism. No areas for growth (unless you’re cherry picked as a favorite from top executives). The list goes on…

      Some people are great to work with/alon side.

      Cons

      Compensation, no PTO, and lack of communication amongst peers or no communication at all.

      Pros

      The teams and communications are great. The ERGS get people involved and talking, despite some being remote.

      Cons

      Company doesn’t recognize MLK Day or Juneteenth as holidays you have off. Seems like a miss for a company that supposedly prides themselves on DEI.
