Pros

The teams and communications are great. The ERGS get people involved and talking, despite some being remote.

Cons

Company doesn’t recognize MLK Day or Juneteenth as holidays you have off. Seems like a miss for a company that supposedly prides themselves on DEI.

Love working at CAI. Everyone really is like family, willing to help at a moments notice, and actually promotes work life balance.

Cons

Communication is a little lack luster from top down, but we are making changes presently.
