Pros

Play ping pong while crew is working, chat with front desk ,Happy hours at 4 pm, hire friends to be puppets. All of this and not being billable to the client.

Cons

Employees remain loyal, impress clients , win new projects - not expecting generous 1% pay increase every 3 years, if employer is reviewed.

Pros

Time Flexible, you can request to work from home if you have a stale network. Over-time working means easy money. Not much calls, and get paid with the OT bonus.

Cons

No paid time off if you are working as level 1. Working at third shift is not good for your physical and mental health. Hourly paid, the industry basic. Not much team-work if you are working in a multiple language speaking team.(Europe, Asia, North America).

CAI Midwest is a work place with good pay and good work balance. The work is interesting and they give you a lot of freedom on how you choose to pursue the goals of your position. It is a good professional environment with managers who offer good support and are open to hear employee’s ideas or concerns. It’s a good place to start your career and the environment is flexible enough to give you time to acquire the skillset you need for the job.
