CAI has a work-from-anywhere philosophy. The management team is always available to assist an associate.

      Opportunity to be a part of a growing IT staffing and solution company. Stable, with over $1B in revenue. Senior leadership is enabling and supportive. Opportunity to work in multiple areas, including cybersecurity, AI, and Cloud. Very supportive of neurodiversity, which has its own business practice. Opportunity to work remote is key.

      Cons

      Some growing pains as it is developing into a larger company. But this is to be expected as part of an up and coming company.
