The best thing about CAI is that they are a large, well-respected firm. They have good PTO and are genuinely nice people

Cons

There does not seem to be a lot in way of advancement. Employee retention is low, and turnover is high.

I'm not even sure where to start. I have been with CAI for several years and my experience, from beginning to end, within the NDS organization has been exceptional. I feel incredibly valued by my leaders and my peers and feel like I am able to add value to the organization while also maintaining one of the best work-life balances ever. Super grateful for my time with CAI and love the work I get to do on a day to day basis.

Cons

Nothing really other than a more structured compensation review process which I believe is already underway.
