      Pros

      CAI is one of the most employee focused companies that I have ever worked for. While we focus on the needs of our clients, there is a general perspective of how our work is performed and managed by our people. The DEI efforts at CAI are not fluff, but built into the way we recruit, hire, and facilitate the careers of our associates.

      Cons

      It is a large organization and may take a while to learn about all of the other divisions and opportunities.

      Pros

      Competitive salary, good benefits, and many intelligent service leaders to work with and learn from. This is a great company to expand your service leader skills.

      Cons

      The onboarding of new team leads could be improved—better direction from your manager/mentor. The CAI Intranet could provide more information. It's time consuming to find what you are looking for in teams.. More informative and clear business goals on the intranet.
