      Pros

      Good compensation and benefits. Genuine concern for individuals.

      Cons

      Lack of awareness of, or concern for, the issues that drive technology decisions for customers and prospects. Management is not concerned with actual challenges of clients, but what they think the client management should be focused on (and what CAI management wants to sell). Most of the management and sales people are focused on selling maintenance of legacy software and not current or emerging technology. CEO is focused on selling a homegrown 'control room' software for IT execs to monitor performance...even though they don't use it themselves and none of the management team believes the software has a market...or even works well.

      Pros

      Excellent market focus; innovating in the maintenance and enhancement of existing applications. Recognizes creativity in the process of getting work done, not just creativity in the work itself. Long term engagements with delighted clients.

      Cons

      Great people, great offerings, but unfocused strategy for future. Lack of alignment of resources on clear, common vision.

      Great management team, employees are friendly

      Pros

      Management team talks to you like you have been friends forever. The employees are friendly. Can easily go talk to anyone for help, or email the entire building and someone WILL respond same day to offer help.

      Cons

      Not enough communication about future projects. CAI messed up when our team arrived, hired too many people and didnt have the work. I wasn't there long enough to know more about the structure.
