      Decent Pay and work schedule at CAI.

      Cons

      Not enough PTO hours. If the client is shut down, you have to use PTO time which you can burn through when you actually want to schedule a vacation on your own time.

      Pros

      CAI has a comprehensive out of the box interview process for the neurodivergent community. We hold a 5 day extended interview, allowing candidates to work in team settings, develop new skills and present a final product. CAI has a remote, work from anywhere policy, allowing for flexibility and function in a work/life balance.

      Cons

      CAI while evolving, has policies that are not current and leave me scratching my head.
