      -Great work life balance- CAI allows for remote work in most roles -Values DEI- several different Employee Resource Groups to join and a Neurodiverse Solutions Department to help find career opportunities to Neurodiverse Individuals -Room to grow- Constantly learning daily and have had opportunities to grow within the company Good company culture- Culture stems from the top down and everyone is approachable and welcoming!

      Pros

      CAI and all it's managers really appreciate the hard work you put in here. They understand that your own life is important, and are very accommodating with appointments and PTO. The atmosphere of all the workers is very kind and supportive.
