Pros

Having been here over a year now I continue to feel good about my choice at CAI. It is not -perfect-, but no job or employer really is. The good heavily outweighs the bad in my opinion. I like the corporate culture, the people, the flexibility, etc. enough to overlook this one other item.

Cons

Benefits are really the primary negative I would say. They are very average when compared out against the larger market.

Pros

- Loads of diversity projects to get involved in - Decent pay for a help desk that doesn’t require a certification

Cons

- PTO is locked to management and higher - Some managers are great and some are downright mean. I had the misfortune of working for a rude manager
