Pros

Many positions have remained remote even after the pandemic. The company has boosted its investment in employee training and opened up avenues for growth. Management is usually understanding and supports work-life balance. Different perspectives are accepted. There are opportunities to volunteer within the community.

Cons

The work does not always feel interesting or meaningful, which can make staying motivated difficult. The company has operated in a very ad-hoc way in the past and procedures are not solidified, so it is often difficult to prioritize work and perform tasks for someone who is very process-oriented. This is improving as the company strives to expand and operate on a larger scale.
