      Great team! They do a good job weeding out the mediocre, everyone has a valuable strength.

      Cons

      Hmmm, First time around was 9 years - then I was hired by the client, now another 9 months, hard to pinpoint actual negatives. Compensation is driven by the client, but they do negotiate on your behalf.

      CAI invests in those who wish to explore and learn within the organization. Leadership is open with communication and is always willing to work together toward a common goal. The added bonus of ERG groups is a great bridge to employees working in a remote setting and programs offered are engaging.
