Pros

Students are respectful. Most work hard and like asking questions if you treat them respectfully and give them chances to speak up. Faculty members are super helpful and have been good mentors. Department assistants are also super friendly, warm, and helpful.

Cons

It is hard for lecturer faculty members who work on their dissertations to conduct research or collect data there as the IRB process is a bit bureaucratic, at least when I was there.
