Little room for advancement. Some pockets that hire only in one cultural group.

I liked working with students with disabilities. as well I liked most of my co-workers. I also learned a lot about working with student's with disabilities in higher education.

Cons

This was a job paid by a grant so the pay was very low and there was no job security also there were no medical benefits.
