This was a great way to get your foot in the door and work for a company that lets you get the initial experience necessary to find a job once you are out of school

Cons

not really any downsides. You can work as hard or as little as you want. Do your job and work for growth and you will be happy

If you're a student, the commute is awesome.

Cons

When I graduated, I applied for a few of the computer jobs they had open that I was qualified for. I never heard back. I have a feeling that unless you know someone, a diploma from Cal State is not good enough to get a job at Cal State.
