It's a very good platform for International Student to groom. The Faculty teaches the students as if they are their own children. They make them perfect for the market requirements. I have worked as Part time faculty but but my seniors always encouraged me to do better and better

Get to know about great opportunities. Convenient since I don't have to drive far to get to work. Extremely flexible hours.

Cons

Not many. The employers are very nice for the most part. With a few exceptions of course but overall its not bad. You need to learn to get along with everyone.
