Pros
Good pay for management. Good stepping stone position to gain leadership experience for higher roles. Good CSU benefits. Good students and staff.
Cons
Administration is out of touch and practically useless. It is difficult to get raises. There is favoritism and politics like anywhere else. There are many unqualified managers in roles that they should not be in. Within the last two years, most department operations have become stagnant due to massive turnover. The campus is antiquated and stuck in the past.
