      Solid base of contracts with good reputation at DoD

      Cons

      Some management is unskilled. This is an old guard company that has a hard time changing. Benefits are not great- and the matching is terrible.

      Pros

      They tried their best to keep me on the team after the Prime contractor lost the contract follow-on. In-house learning library has a host of training that is available to all employees, great for certificate training prep and general career horizon building.

      Cons

      No room for overhead, had to be let go when the contract lost coverage.
