      Great philosophy great people and benefits, if you have a clearance and/or IT. Veterans can find great opportunity/future Community/civic involvement is promoted Great access to free training and tuition reimbursement is generous

      Military, GOB network legacy/heritage is palpable. Can't seem to see themselves beyond it.

      Pros

      Calibre contracts are pretty nice. With the option to renew, its hard not to like. Management is pretty laid back, and very easy to get along with. Everyone has a job to do, so as long as you work hard and try to keep improving, you'll have an opportunity to shine.

      Cons

      Feeling detached from the company based in Virginia is somewhat difficult.
