      Ok experience. Change management all the time.

      Pros

      Work from home lots of travel pay is good. Per diem is good. Company provides credit card. Very crap filters down from the top.

      Cons

      50 to 75 percent travel. No overtime payed anymore. Poorly run. Constant management changes. Managers with no skills. People need to know when to retire. Long hours put it with no compensation.

      Pros

      I have been working at Calibre full time for several years now. I think is a great company. I love that is employee-owned! But they need to get more contracts. That way they can offer more opportunities to their employees and better salary. They care about their employees, so that's a huge plus!
