Pros
I worked with this amazing company until last year. My first job in the workforce and was blessed with good supervisors. CALIBRE offers young employees the chance to grow, has an amazing in-house training program called CALIBRE University and employees have access to senior leadership where they can go for advice and mentoring.
Cons
Mid-to-large size company so sometimes its hard to get noticed.
