      Toxic management and culture with no organization or structure whatsoever

      Zero, avoid unless hired into a very high position, in which you will give political speeches about the company and not work

      Cons

      Zero movement laterally or upward. Management is toxic and are all arguing and gaslighting each other instead getting work done. Extremely political in all ways, especially nepotism. No one is on the same page, timelines do not work/line up, work will give you no work life balance.
