Pros
Previously, upper management in the field and corporate lacked any type of accountability but with having this new president in place everything’s changing for the better. Every single employee is now being held to a higher standard and nothing but greatness will follow. Thank you!
Cons
Quite a few managers in my market are horrible with any type of communication. Several of those managers lack the core basic skill sets of their job(s). It makes your job harder than it needs to be.
