Pros

The discount is awesomeeeeee. And your style sense improves. You can tell different difference between different cloth material If you're observant, you can learn a lot on your own about business.

Cons

There's no training. You gotta suck up to management to get a promotion. I realized it early on so I didn't work hard. But there were people who had been working longer than me and when it came to promotion, someone else less competent got the promotion. That simple task of opening till and stuff, like zero mental energy requiring... they don't teach you that soon. And even when you do, you gotta wait for another promotion to do refunds. COZ IT'S COMPLEX. like really stupid reasons. The work life balance ain't good especially if you're full-time. My was great, I was playing the system.
