— good staff discount of 30%, plus the occasional friend & family discount available — clothing allowance for uniform. I was never told the amount but it was appreciated and helpful.

Cons

— unmanageable stock amounts, with high expectations from HR — your availability doesn't matter, it's a 'you're available when your manager says you're available type thing — manager uses unkind language in front of customers and has used slurs — manager talks down on you — extreme amount of roster changes with zero notice or notification — non-family-friendly or student-friendly hours — you will be expected to work holidays and all week up to Christmas while the manager takes time off to be with their family — the manager puts their work onto other employees (e.g paperwork, emails)
