      Pros

      It had been a proactive, fulfilling and highly cross-functional environment until recent years. The ratings are based my experience in the last 3 years, not before.

      Cons

      New management teams in supply chain and design have gutted teams in both areas and moved to a management model in which the responsibilities have been moved to overseas offices....eliminated in New York. It is no longer one of the best places to work. Current, reduced teams are overworked, under-appreciated and lacking in tools they had previously.

      Pros

      -The associates are amazing, everyone is friendly and down to earth. -The discount is good, you get an additional 40% off everything including sale items.

      Cons

      - The managers behave like they want to be in the "mean girls" click - the customers are outrageously disrespectful and pretend to be high class when they're shopping in a discounted store. - there's no lunch room - there's no full time positions unless your a manager, however they'll make you work full time hours without any benefits - you basically do the managers work and get paid minimum wage

      Pros

      CK offers a great incentive program and tends to hire from within, making advancement easy and possible. Great ongoing perks and amazing benefits.

      Cons

      The only con I would have is that being such a large company, it can be pretty trying to get your voice heard.
