      Great management, easy scheduling, opportunities to move up if you work hard

      Cons

      Not much to complain about as an associate in terms of management or scheduling. The initial payment set up was difficult, as I had to have a company issued debit card for a time.

      Good environment to work in and an amazing seniors to work under. Good incentive plans and supportive seniors. Incentive plan is far better than any other brand in industry.

      Cons

      Politics in lower level. Backend is not supportive.

      Good sales experience, team-oriented, good way to learn how to talk with customers, good atmosphere

      The hours used to be decent but they cut all of them back to where I would normally have around 18+ to only maybe 4
