      Pros

      Understanding managers, dynamic team, very customer-oriented, progression is possible if you show enough determination, responsibility and charisma. Fashion knowledge is key, they like when you can discuss the brand vision and that you can up-sell (a key-word for an interview!)

      Cons

      Pay is not very competitive when compared to other designer brands, sometimes the amount of work to be done seems to exceed the salary you are paid, particularly working in central London.

      Pros

      Calvin Klein has great employee discounts and great customers, you're never bored and will always be given something to do

      Cons

      The hours are very fluctuating, some weeks you'll have only 1 day of work for 4 hours and some they will over work you. You never have steady pay and if you choose open availability they will basically tell you work overnight or your fired.

      Pros

      Not a bad retail company to work for. Take pretty good care of their people.

      Cons

      No rapid growth or expansion. Meaning you have to wait in line for a while for promotions. Weak bonus program; you could only be eligible for a monthly bonus if the company as a whole reach their sales goal. This is frustrating if you work at a store that hits their sales goal when the company doesnt.
