benefits are good, salary is good...lots to do, had some creative leeway, loved my team! room for growth and they are very invested in you learning and bettering yourself
Cons
cross functional meetings can be hard depending on who attends, always having more groups and styles and programs to complete- alot of work with less and less time, work/life balance is hard especially if you are an asst or associate level
