Pros

I felt like it was an actual program and not just a throw away internship. It was very supportive and I feel like they really care about the interns.

Cons

Nothing too big... Overall it was a good internship, I've had worst experiences.

Pros

Health benefits were good with a big focus on preventative care. I received a free Fit Bit and they would have fun contests throughout the company rewarding associates that got the most steps in.

Cons

Antiquated Technology. Stores are still doing schedules by hand. Training is almost non-existent and they are at the low end of the spectrum when it comes to pay. Also, a lot of favoritism. Some associates were not held accountable for attendance policies but others were.
