      It is very fast pace. I became a prodigy when I first started. I was the first one to ever move up very quickly and was able to skip a level jumping into a management program. You have to work super hard. Builds a lot of experience and business experience. People who are still there today have not moved up and have been there for years, on the other hand I was there for less than a year and skipped a level and jumped into a management program.

      I don't recommend it to those who are lazy. You will be required to work fast and at a business profession manner. It's not for everyone but once you work hard you will get very far.

      good learning experience on production pattern adjustments and communicating the changes in written comments

      Cons

      very corporate, impersonal work environment, no one was relate-able who i worked with. Needs better office moral boost.
