      Good trainings that happen every new season, great incentives which make it even better to work, understanding colleagues and managers.

      Targets are not up to the mark, they should give monthly targets according to the market situation and not just by seeing the yearly growths because as far as companies growth is concerned they should open new stores and when that happens the business gets divided automatically.
