      Calvin Klein provides great opportunities for professional development and growth. Also, full time employees have a great benefits package.

      Cons

      Written and verbal communication between managers and employees needs improvement. For a higher end retail establishment, a Calvin Klein employee makes less than the industry average.

      Cons

      The company is very cheap with money unless you are a general manager or higher. Assistant managers only make about $14.50 an hour which after taxes and insurance only works out to about $24k a year. No enough to make a living on.
