      Culture is very friendly unlike other fashion brands.

      Cons

      Management was a bit of a mess, and felt like they didn't value employees. Despite proving outstanding efforts, director was extremely hesitant to even ask HR for raises on our team. Other teams were much more favored, and it clearly showed.

      Summer Fridays, flexible schedules. Great holiday party.

      Toxic work environment, worst managers of my career. Complete lack of focus and direction on every single project. Infighting on all fronts until projects fail. Budgets wasted, senior leaders inexperienced and lazy, politically driven. Extremely high turnover due to suffocating work culture. Senior management skilled at managing up but can’t keep a staff because people can’t stand to work for them. Complete lack of design integrity and workflow, structure.
