They gave me an opportunity to learn test automation using selenium, Java, and web driver. Management encourage employees who is willing to learn new emerging technologies.

- Micromanagement to the extreme - CEO makes all decisions regardless of her actual ability and won't listen to employees with decades more experience - Zero understanding of or desire to win business legitimately
