Pros
The biggest pro from the positions I held there was the immediate team I worked with, to include my direct supervisors. We all were able to work well with one another & get things done. Also, my last title there offered me great flexibility with my schedule that seems to be pretty rare overall.
Cons
Sadly, as per form with non-profit budgets, the pay was lacking in some areas and COLA is the only raise you could ever get. Guess that's a give & take compromise to be made if you want to work in non-profit However! Beware of the current CEOs lack of consideration for those who work for CAP. She is quite clearly more concerned about "outter appearances" in helping the community rather than the team of people actually doing the work.

Pros
Starting pay and pay increase. Most in the building likes to work as collectively as possible. Boasts connection with lunches, birthday celebrations, and communication.
Cons
Sadly, youll think you have joined an amazing organization that does great things, only to be caught off guard by childish, caddy individuals within your department. One of the managing individuals honestly played the biggest part is this turmoil. The drama that comes with that makes for a stressful and toxic environment. I highly suggest you look into another non-profit to do your work. When a resolution to your issue cannot be found, they will ask you to quit and if you deny, youll be terminated.
