Cons

Busy parking garage. Due to rapid growth of company, there is always lots of work to do - not a con per se, but it wouldn't be a good fit for someone who doesn't enjoy a fast pace.

The people, the culture, the building. The work - life balance is far superior to any other company I've been at. Benefits are affordable and competitive, includes a wellness reimbursement for my gym membership. The upward mobility and growth is only stopped by your own imagination.
