They have great benefits and pay. Fielding Miller is the best CEO, very real and very generous.

Cons

It is like high school all over again, you have the popular and the do-gooders and they are the only ones that excel. If you are in this group then this job is for you. Expect to work long hours with no breaks and no appreciation.

Nice office. If they like you you can work from home.

Cons

Unorganized: sometimes managers don't even k ow/understand the things employees do from day to day. Low pay: don't work here for the pay its not great and raises/promotions aside from keeping up with inflation, barely, don't exist. Few opportunities: they'll tell you you are a high flyer but will never give you opportunities to advance. If you can't find another job this is a good fall back option.
