Pros

The level of competence in the team members were great. There are a lot of smart people there and the help you become smarter also. The work life balance in unsurpassed by any other place I have worked.

Cons

Change may come a little to rapidly. Some times it's hard to track changes in how things are done because it tends to happen so fast.
