Not an HR review! I actually work here and the culture and benefits are top notch.

Cons

As with any corporation as it ages, some senior staff have lost touch with the employees.

Pros

Total Agile Shop, Technology growth, Management open to ideas, Always having fun, food, party and last not least good compensation with great bonus and yearly increment

Cons

Everybody's title is same. If you don't like Agile its not for you. Sometime developers could feel stagnant in growth
