Pros

Great co-workers, supervisors, and interdisciplinary teams. The work environment is collaborative and it really feels like being part of a team. Scheduling is flexible - the supervisors really do work with you as much as possible.

Cons

My rate of pay is significantly lower compared to other CD counseling positions in the area, even when considering experience and certifications. Lunch breaks are 30 minutes and unpaid.
