Pros

Culture of the company is top notch with leadership that truly cares about its employees. Best company I’ve worked for in my 30+ years of working.

Cons

It’s tough to find any negative aspects of working for this great company, but if any, I’d say it would the limited number of holidays, as they only offered 6 until this year, in which two more have now been added, so they are working to improve on this benefit which has been greatly appreciated.

Cons

Hopping from client to client can get stressful, but it really does force you to grow and improve as a developer and as a professional
