      Really nice people, lenient work space

      Cons

      Management isn't great, worked under some people that did not have good communication skills and felt like there was high school drama at times, very frustrating.

      Pros

      The people are awesome. CATCH has an involved hiring process, and it shows with the people you get to work with. Management is supportive and never micro-manage. There's a lot of trust between employees here.

      Cons

      Consulting can be a roller coaster; sometimes you have to juggle multiple projects for multiple clients with very different tech stacks and goals. Other times, it can get slow. Things change like the seasons. It's not really a con, but it's something to be aware of.

      Pros

      Incredible company with phenomenal leadership that treats employees like family. Senior leadership continues to invest in the future of the company and the continued growth, even when the economy is in a downturn, is amazing! The company is not only surviving, it’s thriving!

      Cons

      Number of holidays is limited at six (6) so time off around the holidays is minimal.
