      Pros

      Best company I’ve ever worked for. The culture is so incredibly positive, everyone there is supportive and willing to take time out of their busy schedules to help anyone else with anything. The opportunities to learn new things are endless, and they feed you really well. They also do a fantastic job of recognizing their employees when they do well, or go above and beyond, which is not a thing I’ve seen done well very often.

      Cons

      I don’t know if this is actually a con, but they have very high standards, and you must be a team player and willing to learn as you go.

      Pros

      I have been at Catch for most of my career and I love it here. We have hired a lot of top-notch employees who really care about working here, and want to contribute. We had to make some tough decisions on others who were not a fit, and it has made a very positive impact on our culture. If you want to work at a company that values you and your family, and strives to make it a wonderful place to come to work every day, then Catch is where you belong.

      Pros

      The people at CATCH are great! Teamwork is encouraged and welcomed. They are truly compasionate and care about personal and professional growth.

      Cons

      There is always GOOD FOOD! The only CON is trying to not eat it all and gain 20lbs!
